Two workshops addressing Food Safety will be held in February:

1. FDA Juice HACCP Regulation Compliance – February 13-14, 2014, Raleigh, NC (A short course in HACCP principles primarliy for juice processors.)  This workshop will be held at Schaub Hall on the NC State University Campus. Acidified Foods Better Process Control School (BPCS) – February 19-21, 2014, Asheville, NC (Processing and Packaging BPCS for North Carolina Entrepreneurs Packaging in Glass and Plastic Containers.)  This workshop will be held at the Holiday Inn Asheville.
