This past weekend, February 5-6, 2021, the NC 4-H Volunteer Leaders’ Association held their annual Volunteer Leaders’ Conference for all of NC 4-H Volunteers to attend. Stokes County volunteer, Pam Davis, has held many active roles and responsibilities with the NC 4-H VLA. She served as President of the association for the 2020-2021 year, and is now the Past President. Pam was inducted into this role during Volunteer Leaders’ Conference this weekend. Congratulations, Pam!

Pam Davis has been a 4-H Volunteer for 20 years and is currently serving as the club leader for the 4 Paws 4-H Club in Stokes County. Pam gives 100% and has taught 4-Hers so much during her time as a leader. The time that she selflessly puts into her club does not go unnoticed. Because of Pam’s dedication to her 4-H club, she has helped guide 4-Hers into future career opportunities and has allowed seasoned 4-Hers to mentor new members. 4 Paws 4-H Club works hard each year by working with one another to become the best they can be. Throughout the 2019 year, 4 Paws 4-Hers volunteered at events that helped raise money for a special project they have completed. This club raised money to provide pet oxygen masks to each fire department in the county and surrounding areas. Wow! Pam Davis, and 4 Paws 4-H Club represents Stokes County 4-H very well and strives to Make the Best Better.
