The Herter-O’Neal Scholarship is awarded annually to honor the work and dedication of Edith Herter and Frances O’Neal, founding members of the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Administrative Professionals Association (NCCEAPA).
Scholarship Details:- Open to students currently enrolled or planning to enroll in college, pursuing an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or a business-related field.
- Applicants must be legal residents of North Carolina.
- All eligible applicants will be considered, and their privacy will be protected.
- Funds are paid directly to the college and can be used for tuition and/or books.
