Helpful Registration Information
Before you register your youth for the NC 4-H State Shooting Sports Tournament, please read these instructions carefully:
- There are 2 separate registration forms for Juniors and Seniors.
- When registering individuals, please make sure to fill out a separate form for each individual to make sure that we have them in the right events.
- When registering teams (3-5 members), make sure that each youth named on the form will be shooting in every discipline checked on the form. This may require multiple forms for a single team of five. For example:
- If all 5 team members are competing in Shotgun and Rifle, you can complete one form for the team and check both disciplines.
- If 5 of the team members are competing in Shotgun and only 4 of the team members are competing in Rifle, then fill out a separate form for each team roster and discipline.
- It is possible that a youth’s name will be entered on multiple registration forms for individual and team events. That is okay.

Please complete the Federal Waiver 4-H Form (required Federal form for participation youth in .22 pistol events) **Coaches must ensure that they have a completed form for each youth participant in .22 pistol. You may edit to include your practice dates as well. If you already have a signed form, that will suffice.

Each participant must be registered in 4-H Online.
