There will be a poultry processing training on Saturday, November 9 at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Stokes County Center beginning at 9:30 a.m. This course is required in order to rent the Mobile Poultry Processing Unit (MPU) from N.C. Cooperative Extension – Stokes County Center.

This is a hands-on course, so plan to get dirty. All long hair must be tied back and participants should wear close-toed shoes.

You may register at go.ncsu.edu/stokespoultryprocessing.  Registration includes lunch. Checks should be mailed to Stokes County Extension, PO Box 460, Danbury, NC 27016 or hand-delivered between 8:30 and 4:30 Monday through Friday.
