N.C. Cooperative Extension, Stokes County Center will be hosting a Mushroom Production workshop. Join us for a hands-on workshop to learn growing techniques for both Shiitake and Oyster mushrooms. The $30 registration fee will cover the Plug Spawn Starter Kit to start your own mushroom logs. At registration, you will be given the choice to select either a Shiitake mushroom kit or Oyster mushroom kit. Please note, only one starter kit is allowed per registration.
