N.C. Cooperative Extension, Stokes County Center is excited to announce another Poultry Processing Training to be held on September 22, 2023 at NC A&T State University beginning at 9:00am. This training required to rent the Stokes County Mobile Poultry Processing Unit. Topics covered include backyard flock management, biosecurity, processing best practices, and the opportunity for hands-on processing practice. Registration for this training is $15 and includes lunch.
