N.C. Cooperative Extension of Stokes County is offering FREE presto dial gauge pressure canner testing at the three Stokes County farmers markets next week.

Dial gauges should be checked for accuracy and overall condition every year. If you use your dial gauge canner throughout year, check it at the same time every year.

We will be at King Farmers Market on Wednesday, 7/21/2021, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Walnut Cove Farmers Market on Thursday, 7/22/2021, from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m., and the Stokes Future Farmers Market on Saturday, 7/24/2021, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
