I met with a small-scale farmer this week and after going over a few plant questions, they invited me to look at their vermicomposting process.

If you are unaware of vermicomposting, it is the process of composting using worms. As you see in the video, there are thousands of worms working to break down food and garden waste. This farm uses vermicomposting to repurpose waste products into a soil amendment and a source of plant nutrients for their market garden.
