Gluten and Dairy Free Pizza

Recently I wrote an article about food allergies and how to decipher the nutrition facts label. To go with that article I thought I would make a video giving an example of a dinner you could make for someone in your life who may be dealing with a food allergy.
Who doesn’t love pizza! I know I do, but I also feel super bloated after I eat it. Whether you are allergic to certain foods or you are wanting a healthier alternative, this recipe is for you!
After I make the pizza crust, I topped mine with pesto, cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes and some basil. Top yours however your family likes and enjoy!
