This program prepares all those who work in the foodservice industry, specifically those seeking food protection manager certification for the ANSI-approved Food Protection Manager Certification exam.

Managers successfully completing the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals Certified Professional Food Manager Exam meet the FDA Food Code 2017 requirement for a Certified Food Protection Manager. This certificate not only meets the same requirement in North Carolina but it is also good throughout the United States for five years.

This class is taught in partnership with Stokes County Environmental Health.
