May 14, 2020 – Thursday’s with Taylor – The Water Cycle at Work

Today’s video is a reading of the book The Water Cycle at Work, provided by NC Farm Bureau, Ag in the Classroom. Typically, during this time the Extension Office helps Soil and Water with Environmental Awareness Days. Since we were unable to hold the event this year, I wanted to provide a short lesson on the Water Cycle. We have a couple activities that we would love for you to do. Be sure to share your products with Miss Taylor – taylor_furr@ncsu.edu.

May 7, 2020 – Thursday’s with Taylor – Birds (or Bugs) Eye View

View this video to learn more about viewpoints. Have fun as a family and get outside to capture some photos, while you learn about viewpoints. It’s natural for use to view things in a “normal” viewpoint. We view things in a standing position and often the same in photos. But what if we viewed things in a different viewpoint?
